As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first person clients, vendors, and team members interact with, setting the stage for a positive, welcoming experience. You’ll play a key role in helping us maintain a smooth and professional office environment while representing the heart of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, answering, screening, and directing them to the right person.
• Greet visitors and clients with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for.
• Manage appointment scheduling and assist with maintaining an organized calendar.
• Provide support with various administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
