Job Description - Receptionist

Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater, Florida is looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team! This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. . Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Greet and receive prospects and customers

Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson

Work cooperatively with the sales team

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Requirements:

Available to work Sunday's and Monday's

Available to fill in when needed

Excellent communication skills

Outgoing and positive demeanor

Professional presentation

Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility

A clean driving record & valid driver’s license

A professional appearance
