Receptionist

Sigma.Inc. is looking for a Receptionist to work onsite with our client located in Amesbury, MA.

This is with the Commonwealth of MA and Dept of Children and Families. Will be required to work onsite at Amesbury

Shift timings : Monday through Friday, 7 hrs/day.
Full time receptionist and administrative assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff
• Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Confidential records management and case copying
• Welcoming/assisting guests to the office.
• This position requires some problem-solving skills to best assist the caller with the most appropriate staff member. A background record check is required for all DCF staff.
