Position: Receptionist

Location: San Antonio, TX 

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will embody the welcoming spirit of our organization, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring that the reception area is organized and inviting. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner


• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel


• Manage appointment scheduling for staff and executives


• Maintain a clean and organized reception area


• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail


• Collect and distribute packages and deliveries

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus


• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software


• Comfortable using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
