Receptionist

The Moses Lexus Receptionist is the first contact to greet visitors by phone and person.  The Receptionist will primarily answer phones and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls.


• Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department.


• Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments.


• Straighten guest areas.


• Light paperwork.


• Assist other departments as needed.
