• Performs various secretarial and clerical support duties.
• Coordinates interdepartmental services and orders supplies.
• Prepares statistical reports, attends meetings, and handles mail.
• Orients new employees and ensures compliance with policies.
• Exercises judgment in prioritizing assignments and seeks direction when needed.
• Demonstrates telephone courtesy and responds promptly.
