Schedule & Pay

• Mondays–Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Fridays 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM


• Pay: $19.00/hour


• Closed on Sundays!

What You’ll Do
As the Receptionist at Tom Kadlec Honda, you’ll be more than the first face guests see — you’ll set the tone for the entire experience. You’ll:

• Welcome every guest with energy, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm


• Confidently guide visitors to the right team members, smoothly deflecting questions when needed


• Keep our team informed of arrivals and ensure seamless communication


• Own the phones and telecommunications system with professionalism and poise


• Jump in to support warranty claim statements, invoicing, and deal jacket organization with accuracy and care


• Coordinate vehicle drives and schedules with drivers to keep everything moving efficiently


• Pitch in wherever needed to support the administrative office and dealership teams
