Job Summary

Daily Dot Art is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. This role supports daily office operations by managing front desk responsibilities, handling communications, and providing administrative support in a creative agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
• Assist with filing, data entry, and general clerical tasks
• Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work on-site in Miami

Compensation

$17 – $27 per hour, based on experience
