Dondelinger Automotivie is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Baxter, MN. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner


• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately


• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming


• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed


• Coordinate with other departments to provide excellent customer support


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
