Join Our Team as a Receptionist Think Tell Junction


Description 


Think Tell Junction We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, playing a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors, clients, and employees alike. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  


Responsibilities:



  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.

  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency with office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
