Concierge

Join the welcoming team at Waters Edge as a full-time Concierge, where you will be the friendly face greeting guests and residents alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity to create a positive first impression and ensure a comfortable, inviting environment for everyone who visits or resides at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests and residents in a courteous and professional manner

- Provide information about the facility, services, and amenities

- Manage visitor check-ins and security protocols

- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer service

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Collaborate with team members to enhance the resident and guest experience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly

- Dependable with a strong work ethic

- Flexibility to work the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
