Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our organization. As a Receptionist, you will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls in a timely manner.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
