Receptionist

Moore's Chevrolet is seeking a full-time Receptionist to work at our dealership. The Receptionist will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet guests in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed. The Receptionist is the first contact to greet guests by phone and in person. If you are a personable individual with strong phone skills and a great work ethic, come join our Team! 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller’s needs and route to the appropriate department.
• Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process.
• Maintain appointment schedule.
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional telephone skills, with a high level of comfort, and a professional voice and manner
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Professional business appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility with regard to scheduling
• High school diploma or GED
• Automotive Dealership Prior experience with an automotive dealership a plus
• Cold call experience, a plus
• Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool, a plus
• Must be able to work Saturdays
