Receptionist

Findlay Kia St. George is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in St. George, UT. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will manage front desk duties, handle inquiries, and support daily office operations to help our dealership run smoothly.

We have a very close-knit team environment. Candidates must have experience working in a dealership accounting office and very familiar with ADP and CDK. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner


• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls


• Manage scheduling and appointment bookings


• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization


• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment


• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other office equipment


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
