Receptionist

Thomas Sales & Service Ford is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. This role involves answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to support daily operations at our Madras, OR location.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally


• Schedule service and sales appointments


• Greet customers and visitors in a welcoming manner


• Manage and organize front desk activities and paperwork


• Coordinate communication between departments and customers


• Assist with data entry and record keeping as needed


• Perform other dealership support tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple phone lines and schedule appointments efficiently


• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, email)


• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred


• Professional and friendly demeanor
