Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner


• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls


• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries


• Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a professional appearance


• Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparations


• Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies


• Support firm events, meetings, and employee functions


• Scan, copy, file, and organize documents electronically and physically


• Assist departments with various administrative tasks and special projects


• Coordinate visitor accommodations as needed


• Monitor office equipment and coordinate service requests when needed


• Provide administrative support to partners, managers, and staff as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred


• 2+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated


• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


• Positive attitude and willingness to support a team-oriented environment


• Experience in a professional services or CPA firm environment preferred

Base Salary

$40,000 - $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
