Receptionist

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Location: 5432 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214

Schedule: Full Time

About us

Leora Behavioral Health offers a full continuum of outpatient care to help support as many clients as possible. Their programs include a day treatment program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient program. They also provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory detox, and case management services. Leora helps clients receive the support and treatment they need.

How You Will Make a Difference

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

Respond to emails and general inquiries promptly.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed.

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.

Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate visitor and office records.

Coordinate with internal staff to address visitor and customer needs.

Protect confidential company and customer information.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned

You would also need to be back-up if any staff are out

What We’re Looking For

Healthcare front desk experience preferred; excellent customer service skills.

Computer proficiency and attention to detail.

Professionalism, empathy, and reliability.
