What You'll Do
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors
- Assist with filing, data entry, and office support tasks
- Help distribute mail and maintain records
- Support payroll, accounts payable, and personnel functions as needed
- Attend training sessions, staff meetings, and facility programs
What You'll Need
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to work well with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
