Position: Receptionist

Position Description: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person role, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Schedule appointments and maintain conference room calendars.

Keep the reception area tidy and organized.

Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
