The Receptionist will be the first point of contact at C2's front desk and create positive first impressions for all visitors and customers:
• Answer a multi-line phone system and relay telephone calls while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude
• Greet and escort visitors
• Process incoming and out-going mail
• May assist other departments as needed
• Special projects, data entry and other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Possess a professional attitude and demeanor, great customer service skills, and a pleasant phone manner
• Professional and proactive work ethic
• Comfortable with professional dress environment
• Able to communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and clients
• Confident and capable of handling a large volume of calls daily
• Experience with operating a multi-line phone system, paging and voice mail
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30 pm
• Strong computer skills a plus; to include Microsoft Word and Excel
