Job Description - Receptionist

Overview

Ideal candidates have the ability to handle high call volumes, possess great organizational and computer skills, have prior experience as a receptionist and/or administrative assistant, and are ready to grow in their professional career!

IST Management Services is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in providing solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. No nights or weekends!

Compensation:

$19-$19.25 per hour

"While IST as a company does not mandate COVID-19 vaccinations for our employees, this particular position is at a client site location that does mandate that you be vaccinated to be on site. Subject to applicable law, are you willing and able to provide a vaccination card to show that you have been vaccinated? If you're not, we can consider you for other openings we may have that do not require vaccinations to work onsite."

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
Perform reception duties which include: smiling, greeting visitors and employees, answering phones, conference room scheduling, and various administrative functions
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Take direction from supervisor or site manager
Participate in cross-training
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Prior receptionist and/or administrative assistant experience required
Professional appearance and demeanor
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
