Growing Financial Services and Insurance office in Miami is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities will include:
-Answering incoming calls and routing them accordingly.
-Greeting customers and other visitors to our office.
-Creating a positive first impression on customers contacting our office.
-Scheduling appointments, inspections, and meetings for office staff and customers.
-Preparing and sending marketing communications to current and prospective customers.
-Data entry, document scanning, and electronic document storage/filing.
-Contacting customers and vendors to arrange for payment due on account.
-Assisting office sales and service staff as needed.
-General office Clerical and Administrative duties.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English and Spanish REQUIRED (due to client base served)
• Capacity to multi-task, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, very busy office environment.
• Strong computer/ technology skills as we are a cutting-edge technology driven office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service, receptionist, or administrative assistant experience required.
• Ability to complete work that requires a high degree of attention to detail.
• Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Real Estate industries is a plus.
