Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a dependable, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our Administrative team.    The individual applying for this position must have flexible working hours and be available to work on Saturdays. The current position we are hiring for is part time with the possibility of full time in the future.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Answering all incoming calls and routing calls to the appropriate person, taking messages, and providing basic information to callers.


• Greet showroom customers


• Making follow up customer service phone calls, scheduling service appointments and other admin duties.


• Providing administrative support to the sales department including inventory management 

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.


• Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers.


• Professional personal appearance.


• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
