Alliance America is a well-established wealth management and insurance firm with over 40 years of success serving clients. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the face of our office and support daily operations.

What You’ll Do
Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional first impression
Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
Schedule appointments and help manage advisor calendars
Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready front office
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and general office communications
Assist with light administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document organization
Support the team with day-to-day office coordination as needed
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in reception, front desk, customer service, or administrative support
Strong phone presence and comfort interacting with clients throughout the day
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay on top of a steady daily workflow
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or professional office settings
Prior front desk or receptionist experience in a client-facing environment
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
