Compensation: This full‑time role compensation is based on experience.


What This Role Is All About: As our Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator. You’re the spark that sets the tone the moment someone walks through our doors. You bring professionalism, warmth, and organization that will keep our office running smoothly and our team moving forward.


Schedule Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


What You’ll Own.



  • Guest Reception — Welcome guests and team members with confidence, positivity, and genuine hospitality.

  • Administrative Support — Manage phones, emails, scheduling, and daily office tasks that keep everything flowing.

  • Office Operations — Support supplies, meeting prep, and coordination that help the team stay sharp and efficient.


What You Bring.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong organizational skills

  • A positive, solution‑oriented mindset
