Job Description - Receptionist & Administrative Support


The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

 

Responsibilities

The general purpose of the work to be performed and the work product to be produced by Receptionist consists of providing support to the Human Resources and Facilities Management Department of the NADBank, as directed, including the following services:

  • Answer main telephone line, direct, screen calls and relay messages.
  • Provide accurate information to callers, greet persons entering the organization and assist guests as appropriate, including parking ticket validation.
  • Coordinate use of conference rooms. Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings when necessary.
  • Receive, sort and date stamp mail and delivered packages.
  • Issue rover phones to staff as requested.
  • Organize, clean and maintain all kitchen, pantry, supply and work areas.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to all staff members.
  • Report all maintenance work orders to the City of San Antonio and follow-up through completion.

 

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must complete a criminal background check.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Must be willing to work 35-40 hours per week
  • Temporary position for a minimum of 3 months.
  • $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
