  Manage patient flow to create a seamless experience from check-in to checkout

  Provide information on services, treatments, pricing, and promotions

  Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage financial transactions

  
  


• 
  

  Perform venipuncture and prepare lab samples with accuracy and precision

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA

  Ensure safety and cleanliness in both front desk and clinical environments

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with medical and aesthetic staff to support overall clinic operations

  Assist with inventory management, retail product sales, and special events

  
  

• 
  

  Phlebotomy certification and experience with blood draws

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of experience in a customer service or front desk role

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in a spa, wellness clinic, or medical office preferred

  Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

  Tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling and EMR systems
