Receptionist / Appointment Scheduler

Contract Exteriors, a leading exterior renovation company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven receptionist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to receive and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage with potential customers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of maintaining a positive and professional attitude.  You must love to TALK and LISTEN to solve all our customers needs!

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain lead database and update customer information regularly.


• Schedule appointments 


• Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure continued interest.


• Maintain a proactive approach to reschedule canceled appointments.


• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.  


• Handling incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments, and take messages as needed. 


• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.


• Sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. 


• Assist with Administrative tasks as needed.

What we are seeking:  

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.  


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  


• Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  


• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
