Receptionist- Customer Service- Optical Office

Pearle Vision Seeking an enthusiastic associate to work at our fast paced, customer service-centered location.  Must be organized, self-motivated, energetic, excellent communication skills and possess good attention to detail

• Positive interactions with patients


• Greet patients immediately and with enthusiasm


• Answer phones using appropriate script


• Schedule & confirm appointments


• Check insurance benefits


• Guide patients to appropriate areas


• Enter information in POS system


• Assist patients with eyewear adjustments


• Assist patients with eyewear selection 


• Eyewear sales

Experience not necessary

Will train the right individual.   Will accept full and part time applicants.
