CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a next level Digital Infrastructure Consultation firm in Allen, TX to hire a Receptionist!

Position Title: Receptionist

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Allen, TX

Pay: $22/hr

Job Description:

•Take inbound phone calls, directing those call to where they need to go and answering questions

•Check, open and distribute office mail.

• Prepare, print, and mail letters and bulk mailings.

• Prepare conference room for meetings and ensure the break room is stocked and organized.

• Complete other miscellaneous administrative tasks, i.e. order supplies, manage office equipment, etc.

• Manage front desk ensuring a professional, yet warm and inviting atmosphere for staff and guests.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of Administrative/Receptionist experience
