This Receptionist Position Features:

We are seeking a diligent and professional Manufacturing Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Coordinate meetings and appointments as needed
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication flow
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
