Receptionist / Front Desk

RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK CLERK

Toyota of Cool Springs has immediate openings for full-time and part-time receptionists.

In need of receptionists available to work nights, weekends or days

Flexibility is a must!

Schedule may vary depending on dealership needs. Some flexibility in covering may be required from time to time

Dealership hours:

Monday – Friday: 7 am - 8 pm

Saturday: 9 am - 8 pm

DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• Greeting guests and providing the best customer experience possible


• Answering and directing phone calls


• Stocking coffee station


• Light paperwork


• Straighten guest areas


• Assisting various departments as needed

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Seeking a long term, steady position that has potential for growth


• Punctual, dependable, positive, and friendly


• Mature, driven, and passionate about your work


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Must have general computer skills


• Able to work independently without supervision


• Previous receptionist experience is a plus!
