Receptionist / Front Desk Assistant

Description of the role:
Envision Honda of Milpitas is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, greeting clients, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with CSI phone calls and other accounting tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must pass the background check and drug test
