Job Description - Receptionist FT



We are looking for a Reception Specialist to join our team. This is a 40-hour-a-week position working Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.  The pay range depends on experience.


Responsibilities




  • Answer telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department




  • Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner




  • Assist customers with cash, check, and credit card transactions




  • Closing out invoices via the computer




  • General office duties, including filing, making copies, and scanning documents




  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications




  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.  




  • Ability to effectively share information with co-workers and customers.




  • Excellent interpersonal skills.




  • Basic math aptitude.




  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism. 




  • Proficient computer skills, 10-key calculators, and a copy machine 




  • Positive attitude who will enjoy working with our team
