Receptionist Full Time - Hiring Now

We need a Part Time Receptionist to join our team at Dayspring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Fairborn, OH.

$12.50 to $14.50 Per Hour!

You'll serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor arrival; maintaining security & managing incoming communication.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Providing excellent customer service to each visitor & caller
• Mastering of the Facility Phone System including answering & directing calls to the proper supervisor or department, taking messages, & screening employ calls
• Greeting visitors, sales people, families & prospective residents
• Directing visitors to the lobby or appropriate supervisor
• Assisting the facility Business Office Coordinator by performing administrative tasks (Filing, receiving payments, directing new applicants/hires)
• Mastering the Screening System for all Team Members, Vendors & Visitors
• Other office duties as assigned

You’ll Need To Have:

• A pleasant and outgoing personality & excellent communication skills
• A desire to learn & help others
• A high school diploma or associated degree
• General computer skills
