We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist with proficient Data Entry skills to join our Box Company team in Pico Rivera.
Schedule: 8am-5pm, M-F, $19
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with administrative tasks is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
