Job Description: Receptionist position. **This person will be the face of incoming visitors, customers, and employees.
ONSITE POSITION: Houston, TX

Key responsibilities: Professionally greet customers, employees, and all other visitors, and notifying the appropriate contact. Demonstrate excellent human relations and communications skills when interacting with all levels of employees. Maintain confidentiality. Issues control badges, records arrivals and departures. Operates a telephone switchboard by placing and/or receiving local and routine long-distance calls. May maintain toll records, including cost and time data, originating and receiving destinations, and names of parties. May use timelines and determine most feasible type of service. May have responsibility for some voice mail and faxing and may use computer to perform clerical duties. Comply with policies and procedures Provide general clerical support to Customer Service and to department manager. Purchase office supplies for Customer Service. Assist with special assignments as directed. Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
Quality System Requirements In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
