Receptionist - McCarthy Hyundai

Receptionist: 

Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your talent within a team environment? If you have strong attention to detail, great communication skills and a team player attitude - we want to talk to you! McCarthy Hyundai- Blue Springs is looking to add a Receptionist to their dynamic team! You will handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting customers with purchase paperwork. You must be able to work the required hours. 

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:00am to 5:00pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude


• Assist customers in finding their way around the dealership


• Announcing customers as necessary


• Notify the appropriate team member that a customer is waiting an introduce the customer


• Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary


• Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner


• Assisting with a variety of administrative task

POSITION REQUIREMENTS  

• Prior Experience as a receptionist 


• Dependable


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Good time management


• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures


• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
