Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming Receptionist for Medical Spa Coordinator position to join our aesthetics team!

As the Medical Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You must have previous experience as a receptionist at a medical aesthetics spa. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their medical spa visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Maintaining a clean and inviting environment

Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers

Qualifications

Medical Spa Experience of two or more years

Customer service experience and sales experience desired

Previous experience as a receptionist at a medical spa is required

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
