Part-Time Office Assistant

Location: Cleveland, OH

Job Summary: This is a Part-time contract position. The hours are Monday’s from 9a-5p (Southside), Wednesday’s from 9a-5p (Southside), Thursday’s from 9a-7p, and Friday’s from 8a-4p. One location is on the west side of Cleveland, and the other is on the south side of Cleveland. the starting pay is $19 an hour.

Responsibilities: As a Receptionist, you will provide outstanding, care to guests visiting office locations. This position supports day-to-day operations by providing reception coverage and general administrative support to all programs and staff, Client Services positions perform work of a specialized, confidential nature on matters that impact clients, staff, and contract compliance.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Proven experience as a Receptionist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
