Job Description - Receptionist - Pediatrics - Cedar City

POSITION OVERVIEW:


The Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of our Pediatrics Clinic in Cedar City. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service to children and families. The receptionist supports daily operations by managing patient interactions, communication, and front‑office workflows.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

  • Manage the check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and accurately.

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide clear and accurate information.

  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly or direct them appropriately.

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support smooth clinic operations.

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front‑office environment.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service or healthcare training preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and scheduling systems.

  • Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
