Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and courteous demeanor
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company and its services
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Professional attitude and appearance
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
