About this Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant, the Receptionist is primarily responsible to greet all visitors, creating a welcoming environment and facilitate telephone calls for the Agency. This position is part time variable schedule at 8 hours a week with flexibility up to 16 based on need. The Receptionist also performs typing and word processing support for all Agency departments, as well as performs mail management tasks.

Our ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent and/or additional secretarial and word processing training. The ability to type 55wpm and good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
