PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT OPENING

RECEPTIONIST - RECREATION/COMMUNITY CENTER

The Town of Seabrook is accepting applications for a part-time Receptionist for the Recreation/Community Center.  The position works under the direct supervision of the Director of Recreation  

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum education - High School graduate or GED


• Preferably 18+, others will be considered
  


• Experience working in an office setting assisting the public


• Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency in various computer software programs including, but not limited to Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and online registration software, specifically recreation software


• Previous experience developing and maintaining various forms of marketing material


• Proper phone etiquette and forwarding and recording messages


• Previous experience in customer service is a plus


• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle check, physical examination with town physician and pre-employment drug screen


• Must have a valid driver's license
  

HOURS: 15-25 hours per week (varies seasonally - weekdays, weekends, day and evening shifts as needed.  Additional hours may become available when in need of substitution)

SALARY:  $16.302 per hour
