Summary - Receptionist

We are seeking a welcoming, polished receptionist. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills with accuracy and professionalism.

Job Duties - Receptionist

● Greets and assists in a respectful manner

● Coordination, support

● Answers and directs phones

● Scheduling

● Ability to multi-task and prioritize

● Organized and detail oriented

● Able to utilize general office equipment

● Process incoming/outgoing mail

● Confidentiality

● Filing, copying and basic data entry

Requirements

High School Diploma or, (GED)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
