RECEPTIONIST (Temporary)


Our client, a manufacturing/design organization in WNY, is looking to add a temporary Receptionist to their team.  This position is for approximately 8 weeks but has the potential to develop into something more.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of the organization, greeting guests as they enter the building
  
  
  


• Perform general clerical tasks
  
  
  


• Serve as the initial point of contact both in-person and over the phone, answering general inquiries, directly guests where to go, and assisting in any way necessary
  
  
  


• Book conference rooms and lunch meetings—ensure the space is set up properly and cleaned afterwards
  
  
  


• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  
  
  


• Create a welcoming, positive, and professional environment
  
  
  


• Work well in a team environment as well as independently
  
  
  


• Other duties as assigned/as necessary
  
  
  

Details:

• Position is full-time, temporary
  
  
  


• 100% in-office; M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
  
  


• $25.00 / hour
  
  
  


• High School diploma or equivalent required
  
  
  


• 1+ years’ experience in a clerical setting
  
  
  


• Create a welcoming environment
  
  
  


• General computer skills
  
  
  


• Great interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
  


• Strong attention to detail
  
  
  


• Self-motivated
