Receptionist - Urgent Position

A rapidly growing law firm is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist!

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients.
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and make direct calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist office management and staff with administrative projects/responsibilities such as managing time-sensitive projects, filing, copying, and collating materials.
• Prepare outgoing correspondence with FedEx.
• Positive attitude and ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients.
• 2-3 year's experience working in a law firm.
