Are you ready to join a fast-growing, family-owned dealership where your work truly matters? We're currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our dealership.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth


• Answer and route phone calls and emails efficiently


• Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks


• Assist in basic accounting and office record keeping


• Maintain appointment schedules and customer follow-ups


• Contribute to a smooth-running BDC (Business Development Center)

 Qualifications:

• Prior dealership experience strongly preferred


• Familiarity with CDK (or similar dealership management systems)


• BDC or customer service experience a plus


• Basic accounting knowledge


• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills


• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
