Fred Martin Superstore is hiring a Receptionist / Administrative Support team member to provide excellent customer service and support daily dealership operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Direct customers to the appropriate department
- Process payments (cash, check, credit card)
- Maintain and balance a daily cash drawer
- Perform administrative tasks including scanning and document handling
- Support sales and internal teams as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable handling cash transactions
- Basic computer proficiency (scanning, document handling, data entry)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Schedule
- Monday evening required
- Saturday required
- Day shifts during the rest of the week
- One day off during the week (excluding Mondays)
