Job Description: 

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. This individual will handle a variety of front desk and cashiering duties, ensuring every guest has a professional and positive experience. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer dealership phones promptly and direct calls to the appropriate department


• Greet and assist all incoming customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth


• Notify the appropriate staff member when a customer arrives and assist with introductions


• Process payments accurately for service and parts transactions, including cash, credit, and checks


• Issue receipts, balance cash drawers, and reconcile end-of-day reports


• Maintain records of customer transactions and ensure accuracy in documentation


• Communicate with callers and guests in a friendly and efficient manner


• Support the sales team with appointment scheduling and confirmation


• Type memos, reports, and correspondence as needed


• Keep the front desk and customer waiting areas clean and organized


• Provide general administrative support to the office and management teams

Requirements:

• Previous cashier or receptionist experience preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Positive attitude and team-player mindset


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with cash handling


• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment


• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously


• Punctual and dependable with flexible availability


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
